Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Pasadena

When talking isn’t enough—
this is a deeper way to create change.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

IN-PERSON PASADENA | ONLINE IN CALIFORNIA

You’ve done therapy. You understand your patterns.

But you still feel stuck.

The anxiety, depression, or disconnection doesn’t fully shift—
no matter how much insight you have.

At a certain point, insight alone isn’t enough.

What KAP Is

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy combines medication with therapy
to help you access deeper emotional layers.

It can soften rigid patterns, reduce internal defenses,
and allow new perspectives and experiences to emerge.

But the real change comes from the therapy—
making sense of what comes up and integrating it into your life.

How I Work

I provide the psychotherapy component of KAP—
including preparation, support during sessions, and integration.

I've completed advanced training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), in conjunction with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) and have been certified as a psychedelic-assisted therapy provider since 2023. I am also a vetted member of the Psychedelic.Support provider network, a directory dedicated to connecting clients with qualified, ethical psychedelic-assisted therapy providers.

Medical care, prescribing, and monitoring are handled by
Journey Clinical, an independent medical provider.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t just about having an experience.

It’s about creating lasting change.

We focus on:

• Emotional processing
• Understanding patterns
• Integrating insights into daily life

Ketamine supports the process—
but therapy is what makes it meaningful and lasting.

Who This Is For

This work may be a fit if you are living with:

  • Treatment-resistant depression — you've tried therapy or medication, but the depression hasn't fully lifted

  • Anxiety — chronic worry, nervous system dysregulation, or anxiety that feels stuck in your body

  • PTSD or trauma — including complex or developmental trauma that hasn't responded to talk therapy alone

  • Emotional numbness or disconnection — feeling cut off from yourself, your feelings, or the people you love

  • A sense of being stuck — you have insight into your patterns, but something still isn't shifting

KAP isn't right for everyone, and we assess readiness carefully before beginning.

What the Process Looks Like

Preparation

We clarify your intentions, build grounding skills,
and create a sense of safety before beginning.

Dosing Sessions

You self-administer medication as prescribed,
with therapeutic support throughout the session.

Integration

We process what came up and help you apply it to your life.

This is where real change happens.

Important to Know

I do not prescribe medication.

All medical care is provided by Journey Clinical.

This work is done within legal, professional guidelines.
