Psychedelic Integration Therapy
in Pasadena
Serving clients in Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and greater Los Angeles.
You had a profound experience. Now what?
Introduction
Maybe you did a ketamine session, a plant medicine journey, or had an experience that cracked something open — and now you're sitting with it, not quite sure what to do with what came up.
Psychedelic integration therapy gives you a space to make sense of it. To process what surfaced, understand what it means for your life, and turn a powerful experience into real, lasting change.
This is available to you whether you worked with me or another provider — and whether your experience was recent or years ago.
Integration-focused therapy supports meaningful transformation by helping insight become embodied and sustainable.
What Is Integration Therapy?
Integration therapy helps you:
Make meaning from what came up during your experience
Process emotions or memories that surfaced
Calm your nervous system if things felt overwhelming
Connect the insight to how you actually live day to day
About My Training
Not every therapist is trained to support this kind of work. I've completed advanced training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), in conjunction with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies), and have been certified as a psychedelic-assisted therapy provider since 2023.
That training means I understand the territory — the intensity, the confusion, the unexpected emotions that can surface — and I know how to help you work with it safely and effectively. I've also sat with many clients through this process, and I bring that clinical experience into every session.
I am also a vetted member of the Psychedelic.Support provider network, a directory dedicated to connecting clients with qualified, ethical psychedelic-assisted therapy providers.
Areas of Support
I work with clients seeking integration related to:
Psychedelic experiences — whether recent or from years ago
Preparation and integration for legal ketamine-assisted therapy
Deep emotional breakthroughs or major life transitions
I've completed advanced training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) and have been certified as a psychedelic-assisted therapy provider since 2023 — so you can trust that this work is held carefully, ethically, and with real clinical grounding.

My Approach
I don't just help you think about what happened — I help you feel it, make sense of it, and bring it into your body and your daily life.
My work draws on depth-oriented (psychodynamic) therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Somatic EMDR. I pay attention to what's happening in your nervous system, not just your thoughts — because that's often where the real integration happens.
This is a calm, grounded space. You don't need to have it figured out before we start.

Who this works for
This tends to be a good fit if:
• You've had a powerful experience and aren't sure how to process it
• You want support making sense of what came up
• You did a journey on your own and want a safe, grounded space to work through it
• You're preparing for a ketamine or other legal psychedelic experience and want therapeutic support alongside it
Medically Supported Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
In addition to integration-oriented psychotherapy, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with Journey Clinical.
Journey Clinical serves as the medical provider and is responsible for:
• Comprehensive medical evaluation
• Determination of treatment eligibility
• Development of dosing and treatment protocols
• Prescribing and ongoing medical supervision
As the treating psychotherapist, I provide preparation sessions, therapeutic support during dosing sessions, and integration work within this collaborative model.
Ketamine is prescribed and managed exclusively by Journey Clinical’s medical team.
Important Note
My role is to offer psychotherapy and integration support for individuals preparing for or integrating transformative experiences within a safe, ethical, and trauma-informed framework.
